Observing this presentation are: the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kenya, Chirau Ali Mwakwere; 1997 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Jody Williams; and, former President of the ICRC and current President of the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining, Cornelio Sommaruga.
